During his internship at Active Cyber from June to November 2021, he gained experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM). He continued to develop his expertise through various roles at Deloitte, including Cyber Risk Intern, Cyber Risk Analyst, and Cybersecurity Consultant.

He is currently a Senior Associate at Alvarez & Marsal, specializing in AI Security and Compliance. His work involves integrating client identity systems with platforms such as Okta SSO, Ping Federate, and Saviynt Identity Cloud. Pathan's responsibilities include documentation, requirements gathering, conducting client workshops, and ensuring compliance operations. He also has experience supporting financial advisory cybersecurity clients and is proficient in Microsoft Azure, Open Banking, and Agile methodologies.
